DELIVERY DATES

We understand that many of our custom products are created for events with firm deadlines.

Before your order is placed, we will review your required date. If we determine that we cannot meet that date, we will let you know before you place the order.

Please respond promptly to artwork questions and proof approvals, as delays in approval may affect production and delivery timing.
 

CANCELLATIONS

All of our custom products are made specifically for the customer.

Once production has started, an order cannot be canceled.

Please review your proof and order information carefully before giving final approval.
 

PROOFS

Custom orders are proofed before production.

You will have an opportunity to review the design and request changes before approving it.

Once the proof is approved and production begins, changes may no longer be possible.
 

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

Customer service is our top priority.

If there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will work with you to determine the best way to resolve it.
 

MANUFACTURING PROBLEMS

If we determine that a problem was caused by the manufacturing process, we will work with you to correct the issue.

If the problem cannot reasonably be corrected, we may provide an appropriate refund for the affected products or order.
